AI/ML Engineer

Oslo

Build Enterprise AI Agents (WorkerAgents) that power autonomous digital workforces for enterprises.

What you'll work on

  • Customize and develop agent-based LLM systems
  • Design and optimize autonomous WorkerAgents for real business processes
  • Ensure solutions work in enterprise environments (security, access control, compliance)
  • Integrate with customer systems and data sources
  • Make AI actually useful in production — not just demos

Who we're looking for

  • LLMs / AI (practical use > theory)
  • Agent-based systems (experience with autonomous systems, or eager to learn fast)
  • Development / architecture / integrations
  • Understanding of how technology is used in real enterprises
  • Most importantly: willing to challenge your own understanding of how AI is used in practice
